How to Register for an OID Number

An Organization ID (OID) is required for organizations participating in Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects. Follow these steps to obtain your OID:

  1. Access the Organization Registration System

  2. Create or Log into Your EU Login Account

    • If you don’t have an EU Login account, select "Create an account" and complete the registration process. You’ll need a valid email address to receive a verification code. Once verified, log in using your credentials.
  3. Complete the Organization Registration Form

    • After logging in, select “Register My Organization.”
    • Fill in all mandatory fields, including:
      • Organization Details: Name, address, and type of organization
      • Legal Information: Legal form and status of the organization
      • Financial Information: VAT number, if applicable
    • Ensure accuracy, as this information will be used in your applications.
  4. Upload Required Documents

    • Some calls may require you to upload supporting documents, such as proof of legal status or financial information. These may not be mandatory during registration but are often necessary for project proposals.
  5. Submit the Application

    • Once all sections are completed, review your information and submit your application.
    • You will receive a confirmation email, and your organization will be assigned a unique OID number.
  6. Save Your OID Number

    • Keep a record of your OID number for future reference, as it will be required each time you apply for Erasmus+ and related EU projects.

Your organization is now officially registered and eligible to participate in Erasmus+ project calls and collaborations across the EU.
